Face Yoga — natural beauty and vitality

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is a conscious and balanced workout that combines Pilates principles, strength exercises, and body-centred breathing. In addition to bodyweight, small equipment such as dumbbells and a Pilates ball are used to strengthen deep muscles, improve posture, increase mobility, and enhance overall muscle tone.

Fitness Pilates is especially effective for balancing the body’s sides — particularly beneficial for those involved in one-sided sports such as tennis or golf.
It also supports recovery after injuries, helps prevent overload, and builds a strong yet flexible muscular foundation.
