Welcome — meet Evelin

Evelin’s into the world of body and well-being began early.

From childhood, she felt a deep curiosity about human physiology and anatomy, and her professional path was never in question.

Ta on lõpetanud Tallinna Ülikooli Kehakultuuri osakonna rekreatsioonikorralduse eriala, mis andis talle tugeva aluse inimkeha toimimisest, liikumise mõjust ning heaolupraktikate teadlikust juhendamisest. Seejärel viis tema tee Indiasse Santa Cruz Yoga Instituuti ning edasi Holistilisse Instituuti, kus ta pühendas aasta süvitsi iseendale, õppimisele ja kogemisele.

Evelin began practicing yoga at the age of eleven and was actively involved in sports throughout her youth. Over time, her focus shifted from performance to cooperation with the body — towards listening, noticing, and respecting its signals. From her teenage years onward, her interest also deepened in nutrition, hormonal balance, and the relationship between body and mind.

She has explored and experienced a variety of movement and nutrition practices firsthand, discovering that lasting well-being comes from conscious, individual choices.

Evelin’s practice brings together science-based knowledge and intuitive body awareness.
Her training and teaching experience include:
– Various yoga traditions
– Pilates
– Prenatal yoga
– Personal training

– Meditation and breathing practices

In recent years, face yoga has become a natural and meaningful part of her work, offering deep and supportive results.

India — a transformative chapter

Several years of study in India profoundly deepened Evelin’s understanding of breathing, meditation, and the connection between body and energy. Learning directly from teachers for whom stillness, presence, and subtle perception were at the heart of practice shaped her work in lasting ways.

India taught her:
– Deep presence
– the ability to listen to the body and energy
– The peace that arises from stillness
– The insight that change arises from gentleness, not from pressure

This experience is felt in every space she creates and in every encounter she holds.

Evelin holds a deep respect for the natural cyclic nature and hormonal wisdom of the female body.
Her guidance supports women in their own rhythm — not by demanding or pushing, but by listening and engaging the body’s natural intelligence.
